1. Requesting a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial Pro purchase or a renewal charge by emailing aarrsubhani@gmail.com or visiting Paddle buyer support. Include the email used at checkout, your order or transaction reference, the charge date and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Paddle is our merchant of record and processes refund requests under its buyer terms and applicable refund rules. We work with Paddle to resolve requests. We do not guarantee approval of every request; your mandatory consumer rights always apply.
2. Incorrect charges or service problems
Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, did not receive paid access, or cannot use the paid service because of a technical problem. We will investigate and work with Paddle on an appropriate remedy, including a refund where warranted or required by law. Requests outside the 14-day window can still be considered for these problems and for statutory rights.
Try the free local tools before subscribing, especially on a phone or with large files. Pro provides an AI request allowance; it does not change your device’s processing speed or guarantee a particular compression ratio or output quality.
3. Canceling renewal
You can cancel at any time using “Manage billing / cancel renewal” on our billing page, the customer portal linked in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops subsequent renewals. You keep access until that period ends unless the payment is refunded or otherwise reversed.
Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Unused AI requests do not roll over and do not automatically generate a partial refund. This does not limit any statutory entitlement to a refund.
4. After a refund is approved
Paddle returns an approved refund to the original payment method where supported. Processing and bank posting times vary; use your Paddle confirmation or buyer support for the status. A full refund revokes the Pro entitlement associated with the refunded payment. Local editing tools and files already on your device remain available.
5. Consumer rights and help
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including any withdrawal, replacement or refund rights. If a mandatory right provides greater protection than this policy, that right takes precedence. For product help or a refund question, email aarrsubhani@gmail.com.
